Q: Are your earrings handmade?
A: Yes! Every pair of earrings is handmade by me (Glam aka GlmrEyez) with love, glitter, and serious style. No mass production here — just original, bold designs crafted by hand in Tupelo, Mississippi.
Q: What kind of materials do you use?
A: I use sterling silver 925 earring hooks and high-quality UV resin, pigments, glitters, and embellishments. My earrings are lightweight, comfortable, and designed for sensitive ears.
Q: Will the colors look exactly like the photo?
A: I do my best to photograph each pair true to color, but due to lighting, editing, and different screen settings, colors may vary slightly from what you see on your device. They’re even better in person!
Q: Do you offer custom orders?

Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: Processing time is typically 3–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location, but you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: If you’re in the Tupelo, Mississippi area, yes! Just message me before placing your order so we can arrange a pickup time.

At Glam’s Creationz, I want you to love your earrings as much as I love making them! Because each pair is handmade and often made-to-order:

All sales are final.
I do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. -
If there’s an issue with your order:
Please contact me within 3 days of delivery with a photo and description of the problem, and I’ll be happy to work with you on a solution. -
Custom orders and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your item is approved for replacement due to damage, it must be unused and in its original packaging.
